The difference between the two Season Pass options, Addict and Ski'llimité, lies in the inclusion of benefits and services.

In summary: the Addict Season Pass combines freedom with a host of exclusive benefits, whilst the Ski'llimité Season Pass offers a simple and efficient way for regular skiers to access the slopes, with the option to add the &joy option to their day.

Grande Galaxie Agreements
The Grande Galaxie agreements are inter-resort partnerships that allow you to ski free of charge in each partner resort under the following conditions:
If you have an Addict Season Pass
Enjoy 3 ski days at Puy-Saint-Vincent, Les Deux Alpes, and Alpe d'Huez, for a total of 9 free ski days throughout the season!GALAXIE EXCHANGE VALIDITY PERIOD: from 19/12/2026 until the closing date of either of the two resorts participating in the exchange agreement.Online purchase: present your Serre Chevalier pass and the Galaxie vouchers received by mail at the ticket office of the partner resort.Purchase at a Sales Information Point: present your Addict Season Pass and the Grande Galaxie vouchers received by mail at the ticket office of the partner resort.

Grande Galaxie vouchers are non-transferable.The resorts of Montgenèvre and Sestriere are not included in the Grande Galaxie agreements for the Season Pass. Dates are subject to change.

6-Day Pass or More: How to Use Grande Galaxie
Enjoy 1 free ski day in each of the partner resorts listed below during the validity period of your Serre Chevalier Pass.Online purchase (excluding reloads): present your Serre Chevalier pass and the Galaxie exchange voucher received by mail at the ticket office of the partner resort.Online reload or purchase from a ticket machine: collect your Galaxie exchange voucher from a Serre Chevalier Sales Information Point, then present both your Serre Chevalier pass and voucher at the partner resort ticket office.Purchase at a Sales Information Point: present your Serre Chevalier pass and the Galaxie exchange voucher provided at the time of purchase.Please note: if you wish to ski in one of the following resorts on the first day of your pass, you must first present your Galaxie exchange voucher at the ticket office of the partner resort.

What methods of payment are available?

You can pay by bank card and American Express card. Payment by ANCV Connect card is available online exclusively.

I'm having trouble paying. What should I do?

When you are in the payment module and you are unable to pay by credit card (e.g. your credit card has been refused), we advise you to contact your bank so that they can give you the reasons for the blockage. The 3DSecure code is an additional means of securing your payment: you will receive a code from your bank via SMS that you will need to enter on the payment module in order to confirm your purchase. If your problem is not due to 3D Secure, don't hesitate to contact us.

Absolutely, you can reload an old keycard, even if an old photo is printed on it. You can choose to reload it at the time of purchase.

Season Passes are sent directly to your home from mid-November, as and when they are produced. You can choose to receive a new pass and enter your delivery address at the time of purchase.

Your included benefits will be mailed directly. You will therefore need to enter a delivery address at the time of purchase. Once the domain has been opened, your benefits can be collected from the Point of Sale of your choice.

You can buy the Saison Addict or Ski'llimité Pass whenever you like, with no deadline.
