The difference between the two Season Pass options, Addict and Ski'llimité, lies in the inclusion of benefits and services.

  • The Season Pass Addict includes exclusive benefits for an enhanced experience. In addition to unlimited access to the Serre Chevalier ski area, it offers the &joy line-skipping service at no extra cost, along with other privileges for an optimized, hassle-free ski season.

  • The Season Pass Ski'llimité provides the essentials, with unlimited access to the slopes, but without the exclusive perks included with the Addict option. However, it is possible to add the &joy line-skipping service for an additional €9 per day.

In summary: the Season Pass Addict combines freedom with many exclusive benefits, while the Season Pass Ski'llimité offers a simple, effective option for regular skiers, with the possibility of adding &joy as an option.

What methods of payment are available?

You can pay by bank card and American Express card. Payment by ANCV Connect card is available online exclusively.

I'm having trouble paying. What should I do?

When you are in the payment module and you are unable to pay by credit card (e.g. your credit card has been refused), we advise you to contact your bank so that they can give you the reasons for the blockage. The 3DSecure code is an additional means of securing your payment: you will receive a code from your bank via SMS that you will need to enter on the payment module in order to confirm your purchase. If your problem is not due to 3D Secure, don't hesitate to contact us.

Online purchase: go to the partner resort’s ticket office with your Serre Chevalier pass and the Galaxie vouchers received by mail.
Purchase at a Sales Info Point: go to the partner resort’s ticket office with your Season Pass Addict and the Grande Galaxie vouchers received by mail.

I have a 6-Day Pass or more, how can I use the Grande Galaxie?

Online purchase (except reload): go to the partner resort’s ticket office with your Serre Chevalier pass and the Galaxie exchange voucher received by mail.
Online reload or purchase via machine: collect the Galaxie exchange voucher at a Serre Chevalier Sales Info Point, then go to the partner resort’s ticket office with your Serre Chevalier pass and your Galaxie exchange voucher.
Purchase at a Sales Info Point: go to the partner resort’s ticket office with your Season Pass Addict and the Galaxie exchange voucher you received when purchasing.

NB: To ski in one of the following resorts on the first day of your pass, you must present your Galaxie exchange voucher at the partner resort’s ticket office.

  • Can I resue an old keycard?

Absolutely, you can reload an old keycard, even if an old photo is printed on it. You can choose to reload it at the time of purchase.

  • I don't have a keycard, how do I get it?

Season Passes are sent directly to your home from mid-November, as and when they are produced. You can choose to receive a new pass and enter your delivery address at the time of purchase.

  • I reloaded an Addict Season Pass, how do I get my benefits?

Your included benefits will be mailed directly. You will therefore need to enter a delivery address at the time of purchase.

Is there a deadline for buying the Season Pass?

You can buy the Saison Addict or Ski'llimité Pass whenever you like, with no deadline.

The only deadline for online payment in 3 instalments is 14 December 2025.

The applicable rate (start/end of season or season) is that on the 1st day of validity, whatever the duration.
All Ticket prices (excluding Insurance) are valid for the entire 2025/2026 winter season and include all taxes at the current VAT rate, i.e. ten per cent (10%) of the price excluding taxes. (Art. 279b quater of the French General Tax Code).
Nevertheless, any increase in VAT above a rate of 10% of the price excluding taxes will automatically be reflected in the price including all taxes of orders sent from the date of the said change.
