The Serre Chevalier Pass (6 days or more) allows you to ski across the entire Serre Chevalier ski area (Briançon, Chantemerle, Villeneuve and Monêtier) and benefit from the following advantages:

“Grande Galaxie” agreement starting from 19/12/2026 (inter-resort agreement)*: 1 free ski day in each of the following ski areas, valid during the validity period of your Serre Chevalier 6-day pass: Alpe d’Huez until 18/04/2027 (except during Tomorrow Land), Deux Alpes until 18/04/2027, Puy Saint-Vincent until 11/04/2027, Montgenèvre until 17/04/2027 and Sestrières until 11/04/2027.
Practical details: Pass purchased at Point Info: present yourself at the partner resort ticket offices with your Serre Chevalier pass and the Galaxie exchange voucher.
Pass purchased from a vending machine or recharged online: collect the Galaxie exchange voucher at a Serre Chevalier Info Point; present it at the partner resort ticket offices with your Serre Chevalier pass.
Pass purchased online excluding recharge: present yourself at the partner resort ticket offices with your Serre Chevalier pass and the Galaxie exchange voucher received by mail.
Note: to ski in one of these resorts on the day of your package, you must present your Galaxie exchange voucher at the ticket office of the partner resort – End dates vary depending on each resort.
Nordic skiing: benefit from 1 free day pass on the Nordic ski area of the Guisane valley during the validity period of your Serre Chevalier pass. To benefit from this offer, visit a sales point in the Serre Chevalier alpine ski area (Pontillas or Monêtier) with your Serre Chevalier pass and your proof of purchase.
Les Grands Bains du Monêtier: 10% discount on a 2-hour entry during the validity period of the Serre Chevalier pass upon presentation of the pass and proof of purchase at the Grands Bains ticket office (excluding school holidays and weekends).
25% discount on the adult day ski pass in La Grave* (upon presentation of the pass and proof of purchase at the La Grave ticket office).

Passes for the under-6s are free and available online or at Info-Points.

For people aged 75 and over

In winter, the Serre Chevalier Pass for people aged 75 and over is free: a 10-day non-consecutive Serre Chevalier pass, renewable, will be issued to you at the Info Sales Point on presentation of proof of identity. You can use it as you wish, on consecutive days or not, throughout the Serre Chevalier ski area.
Please note that if you purchase the &joy skip-the-line pass (49 €), a Serre Chevalier Season Pass will be issued to you at the Point Info Vente only.

How can I obtain a Group rate?

For all requests for group rates for groups of 20 people or more, please send an email to our sales department at: scv.groupes@compagniedesalpes.fr

The Family Pass is aimed at all families, whether traditional, mixed or consisting of close relatives sharing time together. Do you ski for at least 6 days and have at least 4 skiers?

- 1 or 2 adults aged 21 to 64 inclusive

- Kids aged 6 to 11 and/or Juniors aged 12 to 20.

Then you're eligible for the Family Pass! This also applies to the Giant Tyrolienne activity at altitude and benefit from the advantages of the Serre Chevalier Pass 6 days and +.

Serre Chevalier is made up of 4 sites: Briançon, Chantemerle, Villeneuve and Monêtier.

Two different 6-day passes are available:

either the Serre Chevalier Pass giving access to the entire Serre Chevalier area,
or the Monêtier Pass allowing access to the Monêtier sector only.

In addition, the Serre Chevalier Pass for 6 days or more includes the following benefits:

The Discovery Pass, valid throughout the Serre Chevalier area, gives you a choice of 5 or 30 lift passes, depending on the package you choose. Ski lifts are not included.

The 5-pass Discovery Pass, valid for one day, is the ideal alternative for those who want to progress or those who prefer to take their time and explore the Serre Chevalier area at their own pace. You can also take advantage of a picnic area, equipped with planchas, for a moment shared with family and friends.
The 30-pass Discovery Pass, valid for a period of 6 days, means you can enjoy skiing with the flexibility of choosing the number of passes you want to use each day. The recipe is simple: you have 30 passes to use over 6 days.

How to charge a pass?

Pick up a previously used pass and locate it's number (xx-xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx - x). A shorter version exists in the most recent packages: AUS-xxxx-x
You can also flash the QR code next to the number (mobile version only).

Can I have my packages delivered to my home?

We offer free delivery of your packages to the address you specify. A minimum delivery time is required (7 days for France and 10 days for other countries). The other alternative is to collect your order from an automatic delivery machine.

I ordered my pass online but I haven't received it by post?

A duplicate will be sent to you on presentation of your proof of purchase in Sales Desk.

Where can I collect my order from a vending machine?

When you placed your order, you chose to collect it from the station. You can collect your ski passes from our ticket machines or from an Info-Point using your order number and email address. You can find our machines in:

in Briançon, Hall de la télécabine Prorel
in Chantemerle, Place du Téléphérique
in Villeneuve, Fréjus, Pontillas and Aravet gondolas & Prélong shopping centre
in Monêtier, Pré-Chabert stopover

I'm not sure my order worked. What can I do?

You can check your order history in "My account". The tab "My orders" allows you to visualise your previous and current orders.

I put in the wrong date for my pass. What can i do?

You can cancel your order in "My account", in the tab "My Orders". Cancellation is possible til the day before the 1st day of validity of your pass. You'll get an automatic refund et will be able to place a new order.

I haven't received my order confirmation email.

Make sure it's not in your junk mail.

You can also check the status of your order in "My account"- "My orders".

How can I get a receipt?

You can generate a receipt from "My Account" - "My orders".
You can then either print the document or save it as a PDF.

The applicable rate (start/end of season or season) is that on the 1st day of validity, whatever the duration.
All Ticket prices (excluding Insurance) are valid for the entire 2025-2026 winter season and include all taxes at the current VAT rate, i.e. ten per cent (10%) of the price excluding taxes. (Art. 279b quater of the French General Tax Code).
Nevertheless, any increase in VAT above a rate of 10% of the price excluding taxes will automatically be reflected in the price including all taxes of orders sent from the date of the said change.
