How do you obtain and use your Explor' Pass?

You can book your Explor' Pass while stocks last:

  • online: you will have to go to an Info Point to collect the benefits to present to partners

  • at the ticket office of your choice.

The Explor' Pass is not available on the Serre Chevalier mobile app or at ticket machines.

Once you have your pass, access the lifts of your choice and enjoy the walks and hikes on offer at altitude.

For activities :

- remember to book the Giant Tyrolienne descent online or at the Info-Points
- For a choice of 5 downhill runs in a Mountain Kart or downhill scooter, simply turn up at the departure point for these activities located at Serre Ratier (arrival point of the Ratier cable car): 2 runs per day are permitted.

A discount is applied under the following conditions on activities*, pedestrian passes and the Explor' Pass:

  • Simultaneous purchase of at least 4 identical products

  • 1 or 2 adults aged 21 and over

  • and juniors aged 6 to 20.

The applicable rate (start/end of season or season) is that on the 1st day of validity, whatever the duration.
All Ticket prices (excluding Insurance) are valid for the entire 2026 summer season and include all taxes at the current VAT rate, i.e. ten per cent (10%) of the price excluding taxes. (Art. 279b quater of the French General Tax Code).
Nevertheless, any increase in VAT above a rate of 10% of the price excluding taxes will automatically be reflected in the price including all taxes of orders sent from the date of the said change.
