How to update my personal information?
Connect to your account and select "My Account" and "My personnal informations". There you can edit your infos (birthdate and email address excluded).
To change your password select "My account" and "My password".
Dont forget to save your changes!
My participants :
Only "personalised" participants (season passes) are registered on the account. Participants created when ordering non-identified passes are not registered. Participants cannot be deleted.
I need an invoice
I need an invoice You can obtain an invoice simply by logging in to your account. Go back to the order line and click on "download your receipt".
What methods of payment are available?
You can pay by bank card and American Express card. Payment by ANCV Connect card is available online.
I'm having trouble paying. What should I do?
When you are in the payment module and you are unable to pay by credit card (e.g. your credit card has been refused), we advise you to contact your bank so that they can give you the reasons for the blockage. The 3DSecure code is an additional means of securing your payment: you will receive a code from your bank via SMS that you will need to enter on the payment module in order to confirm your purchase. If your problem is not due to 3D Secure, don't hesitate to contact us.
How to charge a pass?
Pick up a previously used pass and locate it's number (xx-xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx - x). A shorter version exists in the most recent packages: AUS-xxxx-x
You can also flash the QR code next to the number (mobile version only).
Can I have my packages delivered to my home?
We offer free delivery of your packages to the address you specify. A minimum delivery time is required (7 days for France and 10 days for other countries). The other alternative is to collect your order from an automatic delivery machine.
I ordered my pass online but I haven't received it by post?
A duplicate will be sent to you on presentation of your proof of purchase in Sales Desk.
Where can I collect my order from a vending machine?
When you placed your order, you chose to collect it from the station. You can collect your ski passes from our ticket machines or from an Info-Point using your order number and email address. You can find our machines in:

in Villeneuve, Fréjus, Pontillas and Aravet gondolas & Prélong shopping centre

I'm not sure my order worked. What can I do?
You can check your order history in "My account". The tab "My orders" allows you to visualise your previous and current orders.
I put in the wrong date for my pass. What can i do?
You can cancel your order in "My account", in the tab "My Orders". Cancellation is possible til the day before the 1st day of validity of your pass. You'll get an automatic refund et will be able to place a new order.
I haven't received my order confirmation email.
Make sure it's not in your junk mail.
You can also check the status of your order in "My account"- "My orders".
How can I get a receipt?
You can generate a receipt from "My Account" - "My orders".
You can then either print the document or save it as a PDF.
You can pay for your purchases using ANCV holiday vouchers (France):
Online (E-connect version) : this service is offered when you pay for your order.
In person, at the Points Info Vente: you can pay with paper ANCV holiday vouchers or E-Connect for all or part of your order. If you choose to pay in part with holiday vouchers, the balance can be paid in cash, by cheque or by credit card.
Section 1 gives you unlimited access to the following lifts*:
- Section 1 of the Prorel gondola in Briançon
- Section 1 of the Ratier gondola in Chantemerle
- The Casse du Boeuf chairlift in Villeneuve
- The Bachas chairlift in Monêtier

A discount is applied under the following conditions on activities*, pedestrian passes and the Explor' Pass:
Simultaneous purchase of at least 4 identical products
1 or 2 adults aged 21 and over
and juniors aged 6 to 20.

How to get a Pass - 6 years old?
Passes for kids younger than 6 are free online and available in a Pass Office.
How can I obtain a Group rate?
To request a group rate for 20 people or more, please send an email to our sales department at: scv.groupes@compagniedesalpes.fr

Serre Chevalier ski passes are strictly individual: they cannot be lent, exchanged or shared.
The MTB pass includes access to the lifts and the bike park.
It doesn't include bike rental or protective gear (helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, etc.).
You can choose to use your 1/2 Day MTB Pass:
In the morning until 1pm
In the afternoon from 1pm
You also have pedestrian access to the Serre Chevalier domain with the same pass.
The MTB Season Pass entitles you to Galaxie exchanges, i.e. 2 free days in each of the following areas from 04/07 to 30/08/2026*:
Deux Alpes
Alpe d'Huez
Puy-Saint-Vincent
Montgenèvre
Sestrières Via Lattea (Italy).
To take advantage of this benefit, please go to one of our Points of Sale with your season pass to collect your vouchers.
Please note that the addict winter 2025/26 season pass does not entitle you to Grande Galaxie VTT benefits.
To take advantage of the free days on offer this summer in the Serre Chevalier area, guests staying at partner resorts must visit the Sales Information Point with their Galaxie voucher and their mountain bike pass.

The Pass Sud Montagne, offered by the Sud Region, can also be used in Serre Chevalier during the summer. It enables secondary school pupils attending school in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur to receive a grant of €100 per year to take part in mountain sports and leisure activities.

Notre Dame des Neiges ("Our Lady of the Snow") - Briançon
This mountainside chapel, ideally located, offers dramatic views of Briançon, the Durance valley and the surrounding peaks of the Briançon area, the Queyras and the Ecrins National Park.

Le sentier des Lutins ("The Elves Trail") - Chantemerle
Take the family on the Lutins trail and explore some aspects of the mountain environment! This easy trail is both fun and educational with information boards all the way along.

La Crête des Lauzières ("The ridge of Lauzières") - Monêtier
Enjoy the view over the village of Monêtier and the whole Serre Chevalier valley. Admire the dazzling panoramas on emblematic summits of the Ecrins National Park and majestic glaciers. You touch the fascinating world of high mountain.
Information boards along the path give you some explanations about the landscapes you pass through.

In your backpack: don’t forget to pack sunglasses, a water bottle, sunscreen, a warm or waterproof layer, and possibly hiking poles.
Stroller access: only certain lifts are suitable. This is the case for the Prorel gondola (Briançon), the Ratier gondola and the Serre Chevalier cable car (Chantemerle). For infants, bring a bottle to help with swallowing during the ascent and keep a close eye on their reactions. When in doubt, don’t hesitate to ask your doctor for advice.
Pets: our four-legged friends are welcome, provided they are on a leash. If you're taking a chairlift, only small pets are allowed, and they must be carried in an appropriate bag. Feel free to ask lift staff for assistance.

This summer, meet the shepherds who manage their herds of cows and sheep on the Serre Chevalier estate.
They'll tell you all about life on the mountain pastures, their herds and the best ways to deal with guard dogs.
Dogs are welcome on the domain. They must be kept on a lead. If you wish to access the resort by chairlift, only small dogs are allowed, provided they are carried in a suitable bag. Large dogs are only allowed on the gondola lifts and the cable car. Our staff will be happy to advise you.
Flying a drone over the Serre Chevalier Area and any footpaths is strictly forbidden, even when empty, as they are considered to be ‘groups of people’ and therefore outside the scope of the open category.

Flight altitude: drones in the open category must not fly more than 120 metres above the ground.
