A few tips before going up high
Planning your day in the mountains
expand_more

In your backpack: don’t forget to pack sunglasses, a water bottle, sunscreen, a warm or waterproof layer, and possibly hiking poles.

Stroller access: only certain lifts are suitable. This is the case for the Prorel gondola (Briançon), the Ratier gondola and the Serre Chevalier cable car (Chantemerle). For infants, bring a bottle to help with swallowing during the ascent and keep a close eye on their reactions. When in doubt, don’t hesitate to ask your doctor for advice.

Pets: our four-legged friends are welcome, provided they are on a leash. If you're taking a chairlift, only small pets are allowed, and they must be carried in an appropriate bag. Feel free to ask lift staff for assistance.
