Changed your mind before the season starts? We will refund you in full!Need a refund during the season? The refunded amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the number of ski days used (based on the highest public rate for the season).IMPORTANT: The request must be submitted before April 18, 2027 via our dedicated platform Tickettok.

Payment in three interest-free installments is available for the purchase of passes until December 13, 2026.

ℹ️The &joy skip-the-queue pass, the Summer Season Pass and insurance are added directly to your ski pass. Grande Galaxie vouchers are sent by post from mid-November. For any purchases made after the resort opens, they must be collected from a Sales Information Point.

The difference between the two Season Pass options, Addict and Ski'llimité, lies in the inclusion of benefits and services.

In summary: the Addict Season Pass combines freedom with a host of exclusive benefits, whilst the Ski'llimité Season Pass offers a simple and efficient way for regular skiers to access the slopes, with the option to add the &joy option to their day.

Absolutely, you can reload an old keycard, even if an old photo is printed on it. You can choose to reload it at the time of purchase.

Season Passes are sent directly to your home from mid-November, as and when they are produced. You can choose to receive a new pass and enter your delivery address at the time of purchase.

Your included benefits will be mailed directly. You will therefore need to enter a delivery address at the time of purchase. Once the domain has been opened, your benefits can be collected from the Point of Sale of your choice.

Want to get a refund mid-season? The amount reimbursed will be pro rata to the number of days skied (based on the public daily rate).
